Growth (PLG & Content)

Why this role exists. Stilla has a product rated 9/10 by customers. We want our Growth Marketing to be world class like our product development. This role is how we get there.

What you’ll own. Top-of-funnel. Everything that puts Stilla in front of people who don’t know it exists yet.

Responsibilities

Your hands on the keyboard. You execute your own campaigns, write your own copy, and manage your own data. You have an infinite AI budget at your disposal to automate, generate, or experiment with whatever you need to get the job done.

  • Creator program — scale the Stilla Creator Program. Recruit creators, manage payouts via Dub, and find the formats that drive signups
  • Referral & affiliate — run the Dub affiliate program (rev share). Build referral loops into the product with engineering (credit grants for invites, connections, shares)
  • PLG growth — optimize signup → activation → conversion. We have credit-based pricing (free credits on signup, no time-limited trial). Your job is to make that funnel convert fast
  • Paid acquisition — test and scale ad spend once we have CAC clarity from the credit model. Start small, measure margins, pour fuel on what works
  • Community — Slack community, Product Hunt launch, webinars, partnerships with adjacent tools
  • Analytics — know our numbers cold. Weekly signups, activation rate, trial-to-paid conversion, ARPU, churn, CAC. If a channel doesn’t work, kill it fast
  • Content & social — own Stilla’s presence on LinkedIn, X, and YouTube. Create and ship content that shows the product doing real work. Build a publishing cadence (not a content calendar that sits in a Google Doc)

Profile

  • 3–7 years in growth/marketing at a PLG company. Bonus: AI-native product experience
  • Built or scaled content and social at a prosumer-to-team product (think ElevenLabs, Figma, Notion, Cursor, Lovable, Granola, Fyxer)
  • Can write, design, and ship — not just strategize. This is a hands-on role
  • Comfortable with credit-based / usage-based pricing models
  • Obsessed with distribution. You’ve read the “how did they grow?” thread on every breakout product in the past two years
  • Can start immediately — consultant/contractor fine to begin. Full-time preferred
