Connect Zoom to turn meetings into collaborative Stilla canvases with transcripts, notes, decisions, and action items. Stilla uses transcripts produced by Zoom without joining or recording your calls.

A workspace admin connects the organization's Zoom account once. Stilla creates meeting canvases for workspace hosts, imports Zoom transcripts when they are ready, and turns them into useful team knowledge that can be shared through standard canvas permissions.

Setup steps:

  1. Sign in to Stilla as a workspace admin.
  2. Open Settings → Organization → Channels.
  3. Select Connect next to Zoom and authorize Stilla as a Zoom account admin.
  4. Enable Cloud Recording transcripts or AI Companion meeting transcripts in Zoom.

Future Zoom meetings hosted by workspace members will appear in Stilla automatically. Read the Zoom integration guide for access, removal, data handling, and troubleshooting.
